The OVI Disc is a soft, reusable menstrual disc that sits in the vaginal fornix, higher than a cup, for up to 8 hours of leak-resistant protection. You can sleep, swim, lift, and live without planning your day around changes.

As it rests higher, the disc can feel more comfortable for many people and often means fewer trips to the bathroom. It is body-safe, reusable, and designed to tuck neatly behind the pubic bone to stay in place with no suction.

Before your first use, sterilise your OVI Disc

Just a few simple steps before your first use

Wash your OVI Disc thoroughly with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap

Place your OVI Disc inside a clean metal whisk/ keep stirring, then lower it into a pot of boiling water. The water should fully cover the disc

Boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Keep an eye on the water level and do not leave the pot unattended

Carefully remove the disc with tongs and pat it dry with a clean towel or paper towel

Once completely dry, store it in the breathable silicone case provided, or leave it in a clean, dry, shaded place until you are ready to use it

STEP BY STEP - INSERTING THE DISC (5 STEPS)

Clean your hands thoroughly with soap and water

Rinse your OVI Disc with mild, unscented soap and water

Pinch the disc in half so the rim makes a slim oval. Think of it like flattening it down to glide in easier.

Slide the disc in at a slight downward angle, like a tampon, with the finger notch facing outwards.

Push the front rim up behind the pubic bone until it feels snug. You shouldn’t be able to feel it once it’s in place.

STEP BY STEP - REMOVING THE DISC (4 STEPS)

Start with clean hands and a relaxed body

Insert a finger and hook under the front rim (where the notch faces outwards)

Gently pull the disc out with finger, keeping it upright to avoid spills

04

Empty in toilet or shower, rinse cold then warm, or boil 5 mins at cycle end
