The OVI Disc sits below the cervix and tucks behind the pubic bone for up to 8–12 hours of leak-resistant wear, without suction.

How it Works
The OVI Disc is a soft, reusable menstrual disc that sits comfortably in the vaginal fornix, just below the cervix and higher than a menstrual cup. It collects rather than absorbs your flow and tucks securely behind the pubic bone without suction, giving you up to 8–12 hours of leak-resistant wear. Sleep, swim, lift and get on with your day with fewer changes and less period admin.

FIRST TIMER TIPS
GIVE YOURSELF A FEW TRIES
Using a menstrual disc is a new skill, and it can take a couple of cycles to feel completely natural. A little practice is normal, so don’t worry if it doesn’t click immediately.
THE TUCK MATTERS
Once the disc is inserted, push the front rim up and behind your pubic bone. If it isn’t properly tucked, it may shift or leak.
PRACTISE IN THE SHOWER
Try inserting and removing your OVI Disc in the shower the first few times. The warm water can help you relax, and any clean-up is easy.
KEEP IT LEVEL
During removal, slowly slide the disc out while keeping it as horizontal as possible. This helps keep your flow inside the basin instead of on your hands or the floor.
START WITH CLEAN HANDS
Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before inserting or removing your disc. Dry fingers can also make it easier to grip the silicone.
A LITTLE LUBRICANT CAN HELP
If insertion feels uncomfortable, add a small amount of water-based lubricant to the rim. A little goes a long way, so keep the sides dry enough to grip.
FIND A POSITION THAT WORKS
Try sitting on the toilet, squatting or placing one leg up. Every body is different, so use whichever position gives you the easiest reach.
