2.1. Product Description:

2.2. Medical Disclaimer:
OVI Disc is a reusable menstrual care device, not a medical device in the therapeutic sense. It is:

  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
  • Designed for personal menstrual management only
  • FDA-registered (US) / TGA-listed (Australia) as a Class II medical device

    If you experience:
  • Vaginal irritation, discomfort, or pain
  • Unusual discharge or odor
  • Allergic reactions
  • Pelvic inflammatory disease symptoms

Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Do not use if you have a known sensitivity to medical-grade silicone or related materials.

2.3 Product Use:

  • OVI Disc is designed for single-user personal use only
  • Sharing your disc is not recommended for hygiene and infection control reasons
  • Not suitable for use with certain contraceptive devices (e.g., IUDs) — consult your doctor
  • Use during menstruation only; do not use as a contraceptive
  • Maximum continuous wear: 12 hours

2.4 Lifespan: OVI Disc is reusable for up to 5 years with proper care. Inspect regularly for signs of wear, degradation, or damage. Replace if compromised.

3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Placing an Order:
When you place an order on our Site, you agree that:

  1. All information provided is accurate and complete.

  2. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  3. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our product(s).

3.2. Pricing:
All prices listed on the Site are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
3.3. Payment Methods:
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our Site. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
3.4. Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email serves as acknowledgment of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to locations specified on our Site. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
4.2. Customs and Duties:
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping.
4.3. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@ovidisc.com with your order number and proof of damage.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy: Due to the intimate and personal hygiene nature of menstrual products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:
Manufacturing defect

  • Product damage upon arrival
  • Product arrived different from description (e.g., wrong size/color)

5.2 Defective/Damaged Products: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  1. Contact support@ovidisc.com within 14 days with order number and photos
  2. We will assess the issue and may:
    • Offer a replacement at no cost
    • Issue a refund (original product shipping cost non-refundable)
    • Provide store credit

Refunds processed within 30 business days to original payment method.

5.3 Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you're unsure about size or fit, contact us for guidance before purchasing.

5.4 Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. Contact support@ovidisc.com immediately if you wish to cancel.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership:
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of OVI Disc and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
